Apple’s January 2010 Event – My Predictions

Posted on 28. Dec, 2009 by Byron W in Apple

So, Apple has rented the space for the event, but they haven’t dispelled much information toward what will be announced. Will it be a tablet? An iPhone Update? With the numerous rumors circulating around on the net, a lot can be assumed but nothing has been confirmed. In this video I provide you with my predictions for the future Apple event that has been dated for January 26th.

    Hey there!

It’s pretty much a given that Apple will be announcing the iTablet as a 7 inch device. Given that as a certainty there will also be the iPhone 4.0 software update which will be the OS that the Tablet will use. Camera or no camera on the iPod Touch – well, who knows but – and here’s the biggy…

There has been an explosion in the development of touch phones and the market is about to be flooded with devices running Android. Apple has to counter this and they cannot afford to wait until the summer to do this. Therefore there will be the announcement of iPhone 4G – this is the secret Apple is guarding for this event (everything else has been heavily trailed).

Along with this they will announce the global price reduction of the iPhone 3G and 3GS in order that it will stimulate a war with the Nexus One and pretty much blow it out of the water before it has a chance to gain a foothold.

I’m pretty sure this is what Apple really want and actually need to do. Hold tight for January 27th – it’s going to be a bumpy ride!
